I loved that the hotel was just a few steps from Little Italy, where I tasted some amazing meals, and it was also really close to the Maritime Museum, perfect for a leisurely afternoon stroll by the waterfront.

Had an awesome group trip! The hotel was super convenient for visiting attractions like the San Diego Zoo and enjoying the outdoor pool. Staff were friendly, and breakfast was a hit with everyone. Plus, it was clean and easy to get around the area using Ubers or public transport.

The only downside was that the cable TV only had a few channels in HD, which was a bit disappointing for the evenings.

We had a wonderful 4-night stay. The staff were incredibly accommodating, especially with our little ones, promptly providing high chairs at breakfast. i had a lovely stay at the residence inn! the breakfast was fantastic – well-stocked with fresh options like bacon and sausage each day. the staff were super friendly, and they even allowed us to check in early, which was unexpected and very appreciated. plus, the access to the outdoor pool and fitness center made my stay even better. also, the location is really convenient, just a short walk to the embarcadero and the little italy trolley stop.

The breakfast dishes were all single-use, which felt kinda wasteful, and the trains nearby added a bit of background noise. If I wasn't so wiped from traveling, that AC unit's roar might have been a bit much! Still, the great dining nearby makes it all worth it.
